Mermaid Manufacturing Medi-Kool Pelican Unit

Mermaid's largest model, the "MK-Pelican" is designed to hold one Pelican 1500 and one Pelican 1550 as well as one Plano box! This beautiful unit is a "built-in" model, designed to work off of  the truck's 12-volt power supply. This unit will do what all Mermaid Medi-Kool (tm) lines do - Cool AND Heat!

The Mermaid MK-Pelican is designed for any ambulance, fire truck, or emergency response vehicle where cooling or heating the entire medical box or bag is necessary. The Pelican can hold up to 2 Pelican boxes and one Plano box at one time as well as maintain the pre-set temperature using the climate controlled circuit board that comes standard with the unit! The board will not only provide cooling and heating based on your desired temperature range, but it will also store your pre-set ranges and monitor them for up to 6 months! After six months, either clear the board or download the data for your records.

The Pelican cabinet can be built with the hinge on the left or hinge on the right. The compressor can be mounted on the back, left, or right of the unit. Proper ventilation is required for this, and all Medi-Kool units. For security, Mermaid includes a stainless steel lock with each unit!
